Best Posting Times: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The peak time is Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
Worst Posting Times: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am. Try to avoid posting after 4:00 pm and over the weekend. Lets remember this is a B2C social network and that plays a role in you’re timing and when people are viewing your posts.
The best 2 hours of views on Facebook came through on Saturday am from 10:15am till 12:15PM.
Best Posting Times: 7:00 am – 9:00 am and 5:00 pm-6:00 pm. Traffic grows before and after business hours, and peak days are Tuesday through Thursday.
Worst Posting Times: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Traffic fades between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Try to avoid posting on Mondays and Fridays because Mondays you are recovering from weekend emails etc… and Fridays people check out. The best 2 hours of views came on Wednesdays from 1-3. Also remember this is a B2B arena which is Business Only social arena.
Best Posting Times: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Traffic increases after 11:00 am and peak days are Monday through Thursday and losses a lot of traffic come Friday.
Worst Posting Times: 8:00-9:00 am. Try to avoid posting after 3:00 pm or on Fridays. Weekends also have lower traffic levels so if you’re using Twitter to gain business you may want to focus on Monday-Thursday. If trying to create a brand for your agency you may want to focus on branding tweets on Saturday and Sunday. Also remember hashtags play a large role in you’re marketing strategy in the social arena.

Best Posting Times: 9:00 am – 11:00 am. Traffic grows after 9:00 am and the peak time is during working hours. Yes, you read that correctly- people are using Google + while at work.
Worst Posting Times: 6:00 pm – 8:00 am. Traffic fades after 5:00 pm and avoid posting in the evenings. Remember, you have the choice to put people in groups make sure you understand your audience so you know when and what to post. Hashtags play a large role in your posts.
